通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的主要功能是排除實(shí)驗(yàn)室空間的有害氣體、蒸汽、灰塵，并輸入經(jīng)處理的新鮮空氣，創(chuàng)造舒適、健康的實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作環(huán)境。按照其作用可分為全面通風(fēng)、局部通風(fēng)、混合通風(fēng)。

全面通風(fēng):在整個(gè)房間內(nèi)，全面地進(jìn)行空氣交換。有害物在很大范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)生并擴(kuò)散的房間，就需要全面通風(fēng)，以排出有害氣體或送人大量的新鮮空氣，將有害氣體濃度沖淡到允許濃度以內(nèi)。

局部通風(fēng):將污濁空氣或有害物氣體直接從產(chǎn)生的部位抽出，防止擴(kuò)散到全室;或?qū)⑿迈r空氣送到某個(gè)局部地區(qū)，改善局部地區(qū)的環(huán)境條件。當(dāng)車間內(nèi)某些設(shè)備產(chǎn)生大量危害人體健康的有害氣體時(shí)，采用全面通風(fēng)不能沖淡到允許濃度或采用全面通風(fēng)很不經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)，可采用局部通風(fēng)。

混合通風(fēng):是指用全面的送風(fēng)和局部排風(fēng)，或全面的排風(fēng)和局部的送風(fēng)混合起來的通風(fēng)形式。

Mixing ventilation:refers to with the comprehensive supply and local exhaust,or comprehensive exhaust and locaol supply air mixingventilation form.

1.實(shí)驗(yàn)室的通風(fēng)換氣次數(shù)每小時(shí)8-20次。

2.支管內(nèi)風(fēng)不速取6-12m/s，千管內(nèi)風(fēng)速取8-14m/s。

3,通風(fēng)設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量:

單臺1500排毒柜設(shè)計(jì)排風(fēng)量為1500m3/h;

單臺1800排毒柜設(shè)計(jì)排風(fēng)量為1800m3/h;

單臺萬向排煙罩設(shè)計(jì)排風(fēng)量為200~300m3/h;

單臺300x300mm抽風(fēng)罩設(shè)計(jì)排風(fēng)量為800m3/h。

通風(fēng)柜視窗上下拉動(dòng)時(shí)，面風(fēng)速始終保持在0.4~0.6m/s

2、管路設(shè)計(jì)要求

風(fēng)管選用PP/PVC阻燃材質(zhì)，風(fēng)管厚度符合中低壓風(fēng)管技術(shù)要求。圓管采用承插方式連接，方管采用法蘭連接。

3、噪聲設(shè)計(jì)

①根據(jù)國家有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，噪聲須控制在62dB[A)。

②消聲器進(jìn)尺寸與風(fēng)機(jī)出一致。消聲層厚度不小于50mm。

③消聲器內(nèi)置玻璃絲布和超細(xì)玻璃吸音棉，有不銹鋼絲網(wǎng)加固使消聲材料不易損壞和被氣流吹走，延長消聲器使用壽命。具有防腐蝕性作用。
